• Wear appropriate work attire/ID when required

Pricing & Payments

• Never demand unauthorized charges
• Never start additional work without customer approval
• Follow BookMyService pricing and quotation procedures
• Do not misrepresent material costs or labour charges
• Do not collect unauthorized personal payments
• Follow BookMyService payment procedures

Customer Relationship

• Do not solicit customers for personal business
• Do not divert BookMyService customers outside the platform
• Do not share or misuse customer phone numbers or personal information
• Do not promote competing services to BookMyService customers
• Maintain customer confidentiality

Work Quality

• Follow agreed scope of work
• Use appropriate tools and materials
• Follow safety procedures
• Complete work within the committed timeline
• Report any change in scope immediately
• Do not falsely mark a job as completed
• Upload required work photographs/documentation

Communication

• Accept assigned jobs within the prescribed SLA
• Keep the customer informed of delays
• Contact Customer Care when there is a dispute or difficulty
• Do not make commitments outside your authority
• Do not bypass the BookMyService escalation process

Zero-Tolerance Areas

You could explicitly identify serious violations such as:

Customer harassment • Fraud • Misuse of customer information • Unauthorized charges • Deliberate damage • Theft • Misrepresentation • Customer poaching • Repeated SLA violations

These could lead to suspension, retraining, or termination of partner status, depending on the severity.
